Your recording. A public release.

Release agreement

Version 2026-10-20-spotify-v2

You ask JENGU LTD, trading as MyBand Life, to review and distribute the selected recording to Spotify through Too Lost. Your request is not a guarantee of acceptance, a release date or availability.

You give MyBand Life a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to reproduce and distribute the words and other material you supplied as part of this recording, and to send its audio, artwork, lyrics and release credits to our distributor and Spotify for this purpose. The song and its approved public credits will be public. Your private story interview is not submitted separately.

You keep the rights you already hold in your words and story. MyBand Life retains any rights it holds in the generated recording and keeps 100% of streaming royalties it receives for this release. No streaming royalties are payable to you under this release agreement. This does not promise exclusive copyright in AI-generated material or grant rights we do not hold.

You confirm that you have permission to use the supplied material, public names and artwork, including permission to publish personal details about other people. You must not impersonate an artist or use material that infringes another person’s rights.

There is no additional charge for submitting this request. If a paid service is proposed later, we will ask you to agree to its price and terms first. Your existing song purchase terms remain unchanged.

You can cancel until upload begins. Once upload begins, you can request removal in My songs. We will stop delivery if possible or request a takedown. Removal depends on the distributor and Spotify and is not immediate. A new recording made from edited lyrics does not replace the released recording.
