Your purchase

You must be 18 or older to create an account, use MyBand Life or make a purchase. Parental permission does not make under-18 users eligible. One song project costs £19 (GBP), US$24.99 (USD), A$29.99 (AUD), NZ$34.99 (NZD). A four-project pack costs £39.99 (GBP), US$39.99 (USD), A$59.99 (AUD), NZ$69.99 (NZD). Choose your currency before payment. Payment is one-time, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The total is shown before payment.

Your recording

One project includes up to three recording attempts and access to each completed version of that project. A pack unlocks the selected project and adds three credits. Definite provider failures do not consume an attempt. Generation time and results vary; an exact voice, pronunciation, duration or result is not guaranteed. Listen to the available preview before buying.

Downloads and credits

Downloads become available after payment is confirmed. Keep a downloaded copy. Credits currently have no expiry date; deleting your account removes access to its songs and unused credits. Contact support about unused purchases before deletion. Deleting an account does not itself request or issue a refund.

Your words and your rights

You keep the rights you already hold in your own words. Submit only content you have permission to use. A purchase does not include a commercial-use licence, a promise of exclusive copyright, or permission to impersonate an artist. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, privacy or other people's rights.

Downloads and cancellation

Before downloading, we ask you to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge losing your change-of-mind cancellation right for that song project once the download starts. We confirm that consent by email before making the download available. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for a project downloaded with that consent. Paying or listening alone does not trigger this policy. Unused pack credits are considered separately. Earlier purchases retain their original terms.

Consumer rights

Your statutory consumer rights remain in place, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed content. Contact us if delivery fails. Rights to cancellation, repair, replacement or refund depend on the applicable law and circumstances. Nothing here excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Help with a purchase

For a payment, delivery, cancellation or refund request, contact the seller using the contact details provided with your order. Include the order reference and a description of the problem, never your card details or password. A partial refund does not automatically remove the entire purchase. Downloaded files cannot be recalled.

Changes to these terms

The terms recorded with your order apply to that purchase; later changes do not retrospectively remove your rights.

Optional music video

When available, a music video is a separate £39.99 website purchase. The installed app shows the price returned by your app store before payment. One AI-generated music video of your selected complete recording, strictly under four minutes, in one chosen format. The song purchase is separate. Creative results vary; a reference photograph guides appearance but does not guarantee an exact likeness. Your choices become fixed when you pay. Technical failures are investigated and resolved or refunded; creative remakes are not unlimited. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Creating and saving your choices does not take payment. We confirm production only after payment verification. We check the finished film before making it available. Contact us about cancellations, technical failures or refunds; an account deletion does not itself request a refund.

Optional Spotify release

A song purchase does not automatically publish it or include a commercial distribution licence. A Spotify release request has a separate agreement that you approve for a specific recording. MyBand Life manages distribution and keeps the streaming royalties it receives. Existing purchase terms remain unchanged, and acceptance by a distributor or Spotify is not guaranteed.
